　　You are welcome to join us if you are interested in NCCT Accreditation. In order to be a candidate for the visiting team, you should hold the following qualifications:
　 1. Fluent in English, namely, fluent in listening, speaking, reading and writing, especially in oral communication, reading of materials about school management and instruction, and writing of visiting team reports.
　　2. Familiar with the teaching in primary and middle schools, and well-informed about the current situation and the trend of development of elementary education at home and abroad.
　　3. Having teaching and/or administrative experience in institutions of higher learning, or in primary/middle schools. Overseas working and/or learning experience or working experience at international schools preferred.
　　4. Having certain academic research background.
　　5. Having the intention of working in China for a long period of time, if you are an alien.

　　Activities for a candidate in the pool are as follows:
　　1. Attending training sessions, once or twice each year, and usually 1-2 days each time.
　　2. Working as a team member in NCCT accreditation of schools, once or twice each year, and no more than 5 days each time.
　　3. Participating seminars and other academic activities sponsored by NCCT.
