Under the Accreditation Committee, there is an accreditation office. The Accreditation Office, established in the Evaluation Department of NCCT, is a standing body of the Accreditation Committee. NCCT, Ministry of Education appoints and sends out an Accreditation Visiting Team according to the needs of individual accreditation activities. The members of the Visiting Team are selected from a pool of experts for the Accreditation of schools for children of foreign nationals.

The major responsibilities of the Accreditation Office are to:

 1) Establish accreditation standards and guidelines for schools for children of foreign nationals;

2) Process application for accreditation from schools for children of foreign nationals；

3) Organize the actual accreditation activities for school for children of foreign nationals and

4) Undertake other tasks as requested by the Accreditation Committee.
